Most homes have that one useless corner – near a window, beside a cupboard, at the end of a hallway – jahan bas kuch bhi padha rehta hai. A couple of bags, an old chair, maybe a random box. It doesn’t really serve a purpose.
If you convert that spot into a tiny home office, suddenly it starts working for you. A narrow desk or even a sturdy wall-mounted shelf, a comfortable chair, a plug point for your laptop – that’s often all you need. This becomes the place where you pay bills, send emails, plan the week, manage work calls, or help kids with homework.
Because the corner is “assigned” to focused tasks, your dining table or sofa doesn’t get taken over by chargers, papers and notebooks. Mentally bhi clear ho jata hai: when you sit there, your brain slips into “get things done” mode more easily.
Even in a small flat, a dedicated little workstation makes life feel more organised. You don’t need a full study room; just a small, thoughtfully set-up corner can make daily tasks far less scattered.
